  *****UPDATE: Due to weather forecasts Sports Day will be cancelled on 12th July and postponed until Thursday 21st July*****

   

  Dear Parents/Carers,

   

  SPORTS DAY

  TUESDAY 12^th JULY

   

  Weather permitting we will be holding our annual Sports Day next Tuesday 12^th July.  The children will go to St. Andrew’s playing field on Basnett Street at the following times:

   

  Foundation Stage                                9.30   to 10.30 a.m.

   

  Key Stage 1 (Years 1 & 2)                  11.00 to 12.00 noon

   

  Key Stage 2 (Years 3 to 6)                 1.30   to 2.30 p.m.

   

  If Sports Day is cancelled we will send you a text by 9 a.m. and notices will be posted around school.  If the weather is hot please send your child with sun-cream and a hat.  Please can you also send your child with some water in a labelled plastic bottle.

   

  Please make sure that your child has their full P.E. kit for Sports Day.

  We look forward to you joining us to support your child in this event.

• eLearning Day 2016 – 11th July

  With the summer holidays fast approaching, we thought it would be a great idea to hold some sessions offering advice and suggestions on how Technology can be used to support your child’s learning at home.

  The workshop will take place on Monday 11th July.

  Parents are able to select either :

  • a morning workshop (9.05am – 10.00am)
  • OR an afternoon workshop (2.00pm – 2.50pm)
  • OR an after school workshop (3.10pm – 4.00pm).

  All three of the sessions will include exactly the same content, so please select the session that is most convenient for you!
