Heasandford has a school uniform and the following items are required:

• Grey trousers or skirt
• Royal blue sweatshirt or cardigan (with school logo)
• White polo shirt or blouse

Optional: School fleece

Optional: Girls blue and white check dress for summer

Sensible black low-heeled shoes- NOT trainers

Grey plain headscarves may be worn by girls in Year 6 only. For safety reasons these must be short length and pull over / press stud style and must be removed before a PE lesson.

All uniform can be purchased from ‘Moonline Fashions’ on Standish Street or on the TESCO website.

For Indoor P.E.

• White T-shirt
• Black shorts/tight fitting leggings
• Black pumps

For Outdoor P.E.

• Tracksuits are permitted in cold weather.

Trainers are permitted for outdoor sports only

Jewellery

Jewellery is not allowed in school, except for a simple watch and small stud ear-rings which must be removed for P.E; hoops or dangling earrings are not allowed at any time. This is to minimise danger and loss.

Swimming Kit  (Year 3 only)

All children will attend swimming lessons in Year 3, as part of the P.E. curriculum, unless there is a doctor’s note.

• Girls-one piece swimming costume + swimming cap
• Girls are permitted to wear a full body costume
• Boys-swimming shorts/trunks
• All children require a towel and a suitable bag

Brush or comb is optional but no jewellery is allowed

All uniform and P.E. kit should have the child’s name in please.
