Year 6 Activity Week

As you all know, we are rapidly approaching your child’s final weeks at Heasandford.  In an attempt to make this as memorable as possible, and to reward good behaviour, we are organising some exciting events to take place next half term.  Throughout the year the children have earned credit points towards the trips.

There will be various activities taking place including a visit to the cinema, bowling, dance and football workshops, Play Factore with laser quest and Blackpool Pleasure Beach.  The cost of these trips has been heavily subsidised by school however we need to ask for a payment of £22.00 to cover the cost of the activities.

In order that we may book these activities we have to ask you to complete and return a consent slip (see below).  A list of the dates and what the children require will be sent out to you at a later date.

Please note that this visit is covered by Lancashire County Council’s Public Liability insurance. There is no Personal Accident or Travel insurance provided for your child, which would cover injury or property loss/damage happening on the visit regardless of legal liability. If you feel that this is necessary, you will need to make separate arrangements.

In the light of unacceptable behaviour, the school reserves the right to deny a place for a student on the visits or return the student home.

Please complete and return the form (see below) to school by Friday, 23rd June.
