Year 2 – RESPONSIBLE

 

We are learning to be RESPONSIBLE in Y2 by knowing the right choices that need to be made and that it is our job to make them.

 

In Y2, children show we are being RESPONSIBLE by:

 

  • Making sure that everyone around us is safe
  • Looking after and organising our own belongings and resources
  • Getting our own resources ready for school
  • Caring for and showing respect for other children’s and the class’s equipment
  • Knowing we are in charge of our own learning
  • Allowing other children the chance to learn without disturbing them
  • Taking letters, books and Learning Journals home safely from school
